Program/Health:
- Psychosocial Counselor provide psychosocial support to refugee population every Monday and Tuesday in Beldangi settlements whereas Thursday in Sansichare settlements per week. The total of 4 individuals and 1 follow up from Beldangi and 2 individual and 1 follow up from Sanischare received counselling in this week. Also at AMDA Hospital (Friday) she counselled 2 individual and 1 follow up(National).
- AMDA along with SMC and CBOs participated in Two days of Child Protection (CP) Training (CP policy, BIA, and national protection mechanism) on 15th and 16th July, Refresher training to SMC/CBOs referral mechanism (Social protection GBV, disability, CP, available services, roles) on 17th July and Capacity enhancement training to CBOs/SMCs -In coordination with Damak Municipality (CBOs reporting requirements (yearly, audit, financial) after their registration at the Municipality on 18th July organized and facilitated by UNHCR(Ms. Sangita Khatiwada).
- AMDA organized Coordination meeting with HIB, Biratnagar and UNHCR Kathmandu through virtual media on 19th July regarding upcoming Health Insurance Renewal of Bhutanese Refugee for 2025. The discussion included the mechanisms such as no changes in family members shall be done through online method and for additional and deletion members shall be done by help of enrolment assistant. The minute of meeting has been shared with UNHCR.
CBOs/SMC
- BRWF of Sansichare coordinated and visit by Enrolment Assistant of Ward 10, Pathri-Sansicahre Municipality was made inside settlement to capture photo of each individuals enrolled in Health Insurance on 19th and 20th July. (Addressed the issue of no photo in HIB System)
- BRWF organaized 1 event of GBV awareness at Sansicahre on 19th July in which total of 39 refugee(M-11, F-28) of age group from 7-18 years participated in the event.
- BRAD in coordination with AMDA started the screening of Disability at Damak Hopsital in which on 21st of July, 25 of refugee visited to Damak Hospital through Health Insurance service.
