Program/Health:
- Psychosocial Counselor provide psychosocial support to refugee population every Monday and Tuesday in Beldangi settlements whereas Thursday in Sansichare settlements per week. The total of 3 individuals and 4 follow up from Beldangi and 1 individual and 1 follow up from Sanischare received counselling in this week. Also at AMDA Hospital (Friday) she counselled 2 follow up (National).
- AMDA observed World Refugee Day in both Beldangi and Sanischare Settlements with participations of representative from respective Municipality(Mayor), Ward, School, Lawyer, Journalist, APF and refugee community. The program consists of Peaceful rally, Cultural Dance, Drama on Refugee Status, Honour to Social Worker and Player of Karate in Beldangi whereas Play based on life of refugee, Cultural Dance and Music Concert in Sansichare.
CBOs/SMC
- SMC and CBOs of both settlements were involved in preparation and celebration of World Refugee Day on 20th June, 2024.
- BRWF of Beldangi and Sansichare involved in distribution of hygiene materials(Sanitary pad, Diaper for bed ridden patient) to all from support of Global Foundation.
- BRWF and BRAD representative visited to UNHCR, Kathamandu from 19th to 21st June for the World Refugee Day and their products such as Doll, Muda, Pickle, Khada, Dhaka Items etc were also taken for the day.
