Program/Health:
- Psychosocial Counselor provide psychosocial support to refugee population every Monday and Tuesday in Beldangi settlements whereas Thursday in Sansichare settlements per week. The total of 5 individuals with 3 follow up from Beldangi and 1 individuals with 2 follow up from Sansichare received counselling in this week.
- First Verification exercise-Jan to April 2024 was carried out for CBOs and SMC of both Beldangi and Sansichare settlements from 2nd to 3rd May, 2024 such as budget utilization as per workplan, Voucher, Bills with necessary documentations were checked and suggested accordingly.
- Monthly coordination meeting with UNHCR was done on 2nd May through virtual media and discussed on achievements for the month of April as per output indicator. Also the achievement as per target in contrast to 4 months were analysed and briefed in necessary.
- Preparation of workplan for the month of May and monthly report of April with feedback compilation and send to respective authority.
CBOs/SMC
- BRCF started the data collection of all the students studying in public schools(Grade 1 to 12) for the education allowances of new session with necessary documents(Admission Bill/School Recommendation Letter, ID Card photocopy, Birth Registration and Bank Account) in both settlements.
- BRWF involved in data collection of reproductive age group female(12-59yrs) for upcoming support of hygiene materials(sanitary pad) by diaspora which will continue to at every 3 month intervals.
- BRWF of Sansichare organized coordination meeting with local women at ward-10 with 10 participants and discussed on organization overview, activities(livelihood) and registration of organization as per Beldangi.
- BRAD continued to support day care children every week with playing and hygiene materials supported from UNHCR and nutritious diet(Milk, Almond etc) supported from Sejal and Sister LLC.
