Program/Health:
- Psychosocial Counselor started the services in both settlements and provided psychosocial support to refugee population. The total of 10 individuals from Beldangi and 2 from Sansichare received counselling in this week. Also she was involved in the case assement of mental illness cases with Psychiatrist who were present in Public Health Screening Program.
- AMDA conducted Health Screening Program at Beldangi from 4th to 6th of March, 2024 which identified name list of 117 chronic illness and 28 mental illness.
- Monitor Health activities: National Campaign on Measeles/Rubella Vaccination for 9 months to 18 years children was organized inside Beldangi Settlements through coordination with Damak Municipality for children in ECDC. The total of 232(112 Boy and 120 Girl) children were vaccinated on 6th of March, 2023 with the support of ward-3 Aam Chowk Urban Health Center.
- Internation Women Day was celebrated inside Beldangi and Sansichare settlements on 8th of March, 2024 with events as cooking contest and tug of war with gifts for winners.
CBOs/SMC
- BRWF organized Coordination meeting on GBV on 5th of March, 2024 and discussed on the current scenario of GBV, challenges, target group of upcoming GBV awareness events in Beldangi assessments and coordination between stakeholders.
