The project focus on;
- Increased availability of comprehensive prevention, care and treatment services, including reliable coverage across the continuum of care for FSWs, clients of FSWs and PLHIV.
- Demand for comprehensive prevention, care and treatment services among FSWs, clients of FSWs and PLHIV enhanced and sustained.
- Strengthened systems for planning, monitoring, evaluating and assuring the quality of programs for FSWs, Clients of FSWs and PLHIV.
- Referral of HIV exposed children for Early Infant Diagnosis (EID) to the nearest EID sample collection sites managed by National Public Health Labortory (NPHL)
- Consistant of the HIV care, support and treatment services with the current, approved national guidelines and SOPs.
- Accessing drugs, tests kits, condoms and other supplies required for HIV care, support and treatment services from the national supply systems.
- Maintaining universal precautions and workplace safety including PEP in the event of an exposure.
- Providing Hepatitis B vaccination to all staff who engages in exposure prone procedures
- Disposing the health care waste generated in the clinical sites (both static and mobile), using non-incineration and environment friendly techniques, according to the LINKAGES Nepal Environmental Mitigation & Monitoring Plan.
