Weekly Activities update:
Program/Health:
- AMDA participated in meeting with UNHCR team from Kathmandu on 10th July, 2023 organized by UNHCR/Ms.Sangita Khatiwada. The discussion on Medical screening report, Disability Program, Health Insurance Renewal Exercise and Health Insurance Referral Hospital was done.
- First Verification exercise-Jan to May 2023 was carried out remotely through the desk review with documents scan sent to UNHCR by 12th July, 2023 such as bank reconciliation, Journal voucher (Transactions).
- Prepared screening report with graphs and analysis, prescription of individual without name who are included in medical subsides of chronic illness (Cardiovascular, Renal, Cancer etc) as per discussion in meeting with UNHCR Menique Louise.
- Monitored CBOs activities- BRWF selected one new staff in post of Social Incharge after resignation by previous candidate in the post of Sanischare settlements. Day Care Center of BRAD is running with the daily schedule activities and continued physical set up (Finished Bamboo wall and floor construction).
- All CBOs and SMC incentive and committee members from both Beldangi and Sanischare participated in the coordination meeting with UNHCR team from Kathmandu on 11th July.
- CBOs and SMC of both settlements participated in celebration of Bhanu Jyanti on 14th July, 2023 in sponsorship by INTRA Foundation.
