Program/Health:
- Psychosocial Counselor provide psychosocial support to refugee population every Monday and Tuesday in Beldangi settlements whereas Thursday in Sansichare settlements per week. The total of 2 individuals from Beldangi and 2 from Sansichare received counselling in this week.
- Verification of AMDA program by UNHCR for the last quarter of 2023 was done on 8th of April, 2024. The documentations such as Journal Voucher, Payment Voucher, Project reporting, Goods and Property were all checked and suggested accordingly.
- AMDA organized meeting with SMC and CBOs in relation to visit by Dr.Dinesh Binod Pokhrel, Coordinator of AMDA Nepal on 10th of April, 2024. The discussion mainly involved on public health issues(Chronic Illness and Mental Illness), not included mental illness criteria in Health Insurance Scheme, Disability Medical Certification, Vulnerable Children not included in Health Insurance Scheme.
- AMDA carried out supervision visit of SMC and CBOs on 11th and 12th of April, 2024 where the monthly activites, budget utilization and documentation as per scheduled was observed and suggested accordingly. The report of which is shared with UNHCR.
CBOs/SMC
- BRWF of Beldangi organized 5 days Anchoring and Speech Training in coordination with SMC and financial supported by Sejal and Sister LLC from 10th to 15th April. The total participants were 21 from BRWF Committee, staff, BRCF committee, staff, BRAD staff, SMC committee and ward-3 women group representative.
- BRCF of Sanischare organized awareness on menstrual hygiene on 13th of April targeting the children on Saturday activities. The total of 51 children from 8-15 years age participated in the program. As well as BRCF of both settlements were involved in preparation of Mentor-Mentee Program and Master of Ceremony Training.
