Association of Medical Doctors of Asia-Nepal (AMDA-Nepal) was established in 1989 and was officially registered in the government office as an NGO in 1990. It is a humanitarian, nonprofit-making, non-political, non-sectarian, social organization working with its mission to promote the health and well-being of the underprivileged and marginalized people under the slogan “Better quality of life for better future”. AMDA Nepal is providing curative and preventive health services through its hospitals and projects in different parts of Nepal. AMDA Nepal also established academic health programs focusing to produce middle-level health professionals, offering various diploma level programs. This initiative reflects a commitment to evolving healthcare education and preparing skilled professionals for the future.
This project is implementing Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Services for the population of Gokarneshwor municipality in support and coordination of Gokarneshwor Municipality. The services are mainly focused to the female group of aging 30-60 yrs. The activities delivered through the project including the screening camp, awareness/educational activities, diagnostic services and coordination meeting.

Key Responsibilities
- Planning and implementation of activities as set out in the program (operation of screening Camp, Educational activities, diagnostic service, coordination meeting etc)
- Ensure to mitigate the achievement of allocated objectives/ goals.
- Coordination with local government agencies, donor agencies, implementing partners, and all the stakeholders.
- Prepare quarterly, monthly and daily work plans
- Assist Admin/ Finance Officer for developing plan, program and budget in considering the actual progress of the activities.
- Prepare contents, schedules and necessary document for training/orientation.
- Develop appropriate IEC materials as required.
- Organize training/workshop to the staff, target group and other community people.
- Ensure Staff performance evaluation under the program unit
- Technical supervision of field activities, mobilizing and providing proper instruction to the field staffs.
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation of activities.
- Analyze the planned activities and achievement status of allocated indicators.
- Assess program performance management indicator inline to achieve the organization for better mobilization of human resources.
- Prepare quarterly, monthly and annual program report
Duty Station: Kathmandu.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in public health and/or related profession with two (2) years of experience in relevant field.
- Prior experience of implementing such program is preferred.
Total vacant position: One
Renumeration: 50,000.00 (not exceeding gross salary/month)
