Program/Health:
- AMDA coordinated with Damak Municipality regarding ongoing National Measles and Rubella Vaccination for children above 9 months-18 years where all the schhol children will get vaccinated at their designated schools but in case of ECDC inside Beldangi Settlements the planned date is on 18th of March, 2024. The number of children to be vaccinated inside settlements data will be collected beforehand. In Pathri Sansichare Municipality, ward 10 health worker visited every hut to hut inside settlements of Sanischare for Measles-Rubella vaccination and schedule to visit Hirak Basic School on 30th of Falgun(13th of March, 2024).
- AMDA recruited Sumitra Sanjel of Damak in post of Psychosocial Counselor following the recruitment process and agreed to start her work from 1st of March, 2024. The working station of Counselor is every week Monday and Tuesday at Beldangi whereas Thursday at Sansichare and remaining two days at Office for reporting and recording.
- AMDA carried out supervision visit of SMC and CBOs on 27th and 28th of February, 2024 where the monthly activites, budget utilization and documentation as per scheduled was observed and suggested accordingly. The report of which is shared with UNHCR.
- AMDA organized meeting with SMC and CBOs on regarding screening program of Chronic and Mental Illness at both settlements scheduled as 29th of February at Sanischare and 4th to 5th of March at Beldangi. The screening at Sansichare showed name list of 62 chronic illness and 14 mental illness.
- SMC and CBOs were involved in information campaign for screening program to each sub unit and services of Psychosocial Counselor in settlements.
- BRWF of both settlements coordinated with Damak and Pathri-Sansichare Municpality for International Women Day and exchanged information on events carried out inside settlements.
