Program/Health:
- AMDA shared information to SMC and CBOs of both Beldangi and Sansichare on agreement of 2024 with all the approved budget and activities The signed copy of agreement was shared with UNHCR.
- Verification of CBOs and SMC on 3rd installment and closing of 2023 was done with report preparation as per the filed documentation.
- Monitor CBOs activities: BRCF of Beldangi and Sansichare were involved in filling BIA (Best Interest Assessment Form) of 120 children who were identified as vulnerable in 2023 KOBO data collection.
- AMDA briefed Mr. Bandu Prasad Banstola, Chief District officer of Jhapa district about the completion of the Project_2023 & activities of 2024 on 24th January 2024 at CDO office Jhapa. AMDA also completed the co-ordination meeting with both municipalities about the activities of 2024.
- AMDA started the recruitment process of Mobile Mental Health Counselor coordination with both municipalities for the sustainability of the post.
- Monthly Coordination meeting with UNHCR for month of January, 2024 was done on 25th January, 2024 with discussion of completed activities and monthly update of data(Traget vs Achievements) as per 2024 indicator. The updated data of 2024 indicator was shared with UNHCR.
CBOs/SMC
- SMC organized coordination meeting with all incentive staffs at Beldangi where AMDA also participated with discussion on 2024 budget and activities for effective implementation.
- BRCF Sanischare announced vacancy for 1 new post of Community Health Facilitator with receival of 7 application from applicants as of last day of application 29th January, 2024.
- SMC were involved in blanket distribution to 400 household(Selected as per vulnerability 60+ and Disability) supported by Christan Society, USA.
