Program/Health:
- Psychosocial Counselor provide psychosocial support to refugee population every Monday and Tuesday in Beldangi settlements whereas Thursday in Sansichare settlements per week. The total of 5 individuals with 2 follow up from Beldangi and 2 individuals with 1 follow up from Sansichare received counselling in this week. Also at AMDA Hospital (Friday) she counselled 1 individual with 1 follow up(National).
- AMDA prepared 1st Quarter Project Performance Report with all the indicator data, PFR with inclusion of expenditure by SMC and CBOs of both settlements and reported to UNHCR.
- Monitor SMC and CBOs activites: BRCF of Sansichare completed data collection of 103 children who were styding in public schools whereas Beldangi data collection is ongoing, SMC Education Focal person of Sansichare participated in meeting organized by Hirak School where he observed the changes at school as toilet door was maintained, CCTV installed at school area to ensure security purpose and fine charges for irregular students not promoted for all students(Issues arised at Focused Group Disscusion was resolved). BRWF committee of both settlements is involved in production of Khada to capacitate women in livelihood activities.
CBOs/SMC
- BRCF of Beldangi completed activities under budget support of Sejal and Sister LLC i.e Footbal competition of children under to enhance capacity of children in sports activities. BRCF of Sansichare organized Orientation on child marriage and substance abuse with participation of 45(20 Male and 25 Female) children of age group 9-12 years.
- BRAD of Beldangi prepared list of person with disability who required supportive devices in coordination with Damak Disable Committee and Damak Municipality with 11 individuals visited for measurement at Damak Municipality on 17th of May, 2024. BRAD of Sansichare visited the hut of persons with disability as regular follow up.
- BRWF of Beldangi continued distribution of medicine on National Campaign of Filariasis Prevention throughout the week for completion of each and every sector.
- BRWF of Sanischare organized Settlement committee meeting on 16th May, 2024 under chairmanship of Settlement Secretary Ganga Maya Rai and in presence of Central level Coordinator, Rinzin Dema with discussion on upcoming BRWF Establishment Day.
