Program/Health:
- Psychosocial Counselor provide psychosocial support to refugee population every Monday and Tuesday in Beldangi settlements whereas Thursday in Sansichare settlements per week. Also started services in AMDA Hospital (Friday) where she counselled 2 National individuals . The total of 6 individuals with 2 follow up from Beldangi and 2 individuals with 1 follow up from Sansichare received counselling in this week.
- Monitor Health Activities: National Campaign on Vitamin A and Deworming for 6 months to under 5 years children was observed in Sanischare organized by BRWF in coordination with Pathri-Sansichare Municipality on 22nd April. The total of 76 children took Vitamin A and Deworming medicine.
- AMDA observed and supported for Master of Ceremony Training organized by BRCF on 22nd of April, 2024 with participation of 34 (18 Male 15 Female) BRCF committee and staffs. The facilitation was done by Chiranjibi Rai of Beldangi settlements trained as public speaker with previous experiences of training to BRCF and BRWF.
- AMDA facilitated in One day Orientation to Mentor organized by BRCF on 23rd of April, 2024 with the participation of 24 Mentors(11 Male 13 Female) from both settlements. Also informed on referral to Psychosocial Counseling in need and related meditation, art therapy, diary in relation to support mentee.
CBOs/SMC
- BRWF took the lead role in coordination and arrangements to cover Bhutanese children in National Campaign of Vitamin A and Deworming inside Sanischare Settlements.
- BRWF organized and facilitated four events of GBV awareness session as per planned activities in both settlements with target to adolescent and youth. The total of 4 events in Beldangi and Sansicahre was done with participation of 87 refugees(Adolescent and Youth).
- BRCF organized Football Tournament to Children i.e Boys(Under 14) and Girls(Under 18) Category under the budget support of Sejal and Sister LLC from 27th of April, 2024.
- BRAD of Sansichare supported disability group to visit to Pathri-Sansicahre Municipality for size measurement of wheel chair users.
