USAID Sustainable HIV Epidemic Control aims to strengthen local systems and capacities to save lives, prevent HIV infections, and accelerate progress toward achieving sustainable HIV/AIDS epidemic control in activity locations.

Result 1: Increased access to and demand for HIV services that reduce HIV incidence and improve health and lives of PLHIV.
Result 2: Strengthened utilization of data to monitor service delivery and conduct quality improvement of program services.
Result 3: Sustainability roadmap and implementation plan for the HIV response developed and implemented in collaboration with the Government of Nepal (GoN) and other stakeholders.
