AMDA Saath Saath Project

 

Overview

Since 2011, under Saath-Saath  Project funded by USAID, in partnership with FHI360/Nepal, AMDA Nepal is providing technical assistance and capacity building services to entire implementing agencies of Saath-Saath Project including government agencies in Nepal. It also works for the STI service delivery through static clinics established in four towns, Janakpur, Itahari, Biratnagar and Birtamod. It also provides services through satellite clinic in Bardibas, Lalbandi, Kakarvitta, Dharan & Damak. Under AMDA Saath-Saath Project, number of trainings on STI Case management, HIV testing for Lab, Clinical Management of HIV/AIDS, UP/PEP & Waste Management, Stigma & Discriminaiton Reductionand supportive monitoring visits are conducted. Currently SSP has initiated activities for prevention and mitigation of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) against FSWs and Transgender Sex Worker (TGSWs).
